On Monday 4th November we held our first Cambrian Learning Trust conference day. This in-person event was held across our three secondary schools, where colleagues took part in over 40 workshops, networked, heard from Trust leaders and engaged in an inspiring session led by Vicky Musson. 

Vicky is a passionate advocate of the Paul Dix, ‘When the Adults Change’ approach to relationships and behaviour management. Having seen the impact this approach has had at her schools in the Mill Academy which includes Finstock primary, Henry Box secondary and Queen Emma's in Witney, Vicky is committed to sharing relational practice and celebrating the difference this approach can make to young people's lives.

The themes explored during the conference form part of a wider programme of professional development which is built on throughout the year in a series of Inset days and twilight sessions.
